Extended Mooring Permit (EMP) | An Extended Mooring Permit permits a boat owner to moor their boat in one location for longer than 5 days in a position allocated by Waterways Ireland on a soft bank area of navigation property for a period of up to 1 year. Only holders of a valid Combined Mooring and Passage Permit can apply for the Extended Mooring Permit. |
